OIL/PACK Petroleum Jobber Software

FarmPlan® integration

OIL/PACK offers a seamless interface to Farm Plan®, a service of FPC Financial, a charge account system that was designed to relieve agricultural suppliers of the burden of carrying accounts receivable. Farm Plan, much as with the major credit card providers, purchases your receivables at a discount, providing rapid reimbursement through electronic funds transfer. Full details on the Farm Plan program are available from the Farm Plan Merchant Services Department.

Farm Plan® Benefits

  • Provides strong, steady cash flow
  • Increases operating capital
  • Reduces your credit risk
  • Eliminates your need to collect
  • Allows you more time for sales and service, not managing receivables

OIL/PACK - Farm Plan® Integration

  • Operator flags invoices for submission to Farm Plan with a single keystroke during invoice preparation.
  • Request for credit approval pops up automatically when required.
  • Select incentive or extended payment options while invoicing.
  • Farm Plan transaction type identifiers are automatically inserted from the OIL/PACK inventory file.
  • Invoices are automatically tagged as submitted to Farm Plan with date and transmission numbers recorded.
  • Rejected invoices may be held for resubmission or converted to conventional OIL/PACK invoices for local billing.
  • Non-Farm Plan invoices may later be converted for submission to Farm Plan.
  • Daily processing consists of running an error checking program followed by a transmission file creation program.
  • The CheckF™ program from Farm Plan picks up the OIL/PACK file and transmits it to Deere Credit Services.
  • OIL/PACK records full detail on every transmission for later review if required. Amounts receivable from DCSI are automatically posted.
  • Posting of electronic funds transfer advisories from Deere Credit completes the cycle, recording the amounts received, fees charges and items rejected.
